What parts of my property will be cleaned by Scoopin Loop ?
Scoopin Loop concentrates on the outdoor areas of your home, any areas that have dog waste issue’s including back, side and front yard areas and flower beds and dog runs. We know that every house is different and we make sure we scan all the areas very carefully.
What steps do you take to protect my dogs ?
All of our tools and equipment and shoes are thouroughly sanitized with vet grade disinfectant at the completion of each Job to ensure the safety of your family and pets. We will also send you after photo’s of the gate showing that its closed and shut on the completion of every job so you know your pet is safe and sound in your property.
Is your dog waste removal service available year-round ?
Yes, Scoopin Loop offers pooper scooping services to clients throughout the entire year.
What does it cost for a pooper scooper service ?
Scoopin and loop has services starting from $28 AUD per week, we have service plans starting as low as $60 per month but pricing depends on how many dogs you have, how big your yard is and the frequancy of your clean ups. We might also charge an intial cleanup fee on the 1st clean if your yard hasn’t been cleaned in a while. This will be assessed at the 1st visit of your property.
Most of our clients end up paying between $90 and $140 per month, we offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly cleanups. We’re flexible and happy to cater to a frequancy that suits your needs.
How will i know when my service is scheduled ?
We optimize our routes for efficiency, servicing specific areas on designated days. Yes of course you can request a specific day but we’re unable to give a time slot due to the route being planned late on the day prior. We also send out a 1 hour notification prior to arrival on the day.
Do we have to sign a contract for Scoopin Loops services ?
Nope, there’s no contracts. You can start, pause or cancel your subscription any time by contacting scoopin loop by calling, texting or e mailing us. Scoopin Loop pre bills every 4 weeks of the service.
How do you dispose of the waste once the clean ups are finished ?
We can double bag the waste and use your red bin or place it neatly down the side of the house, if this isn’t an option for you then we have removal solutions. Ask us more.
Do you provide one-time cleanup services ?
Yes, one off cleanups are available. Prices starting from $55 depending on the number dogs, the size of the yard and the last time the yard was cleaned.
Does anyone need to be home for the cleaning ?
No, it is not necessary for anyone to be home during our service window. When we do our intial call-out service we will meet you and your dog or dogs to familiarize eachother. As long as we have the proper access to your yard moving foward your schduled cleansups will continue as normal.
Is it safe for my dog to be outside during the cleanup ?
Yes, we welcome dogs to be outside during the cleanup and encourage it as a way to build trust with your pet. However, we kindly request that your dog be well-behaved and non aggressive. If your pet is not comfortable around others, we ask that they be securely confined during the service.
